The Hovels at Harewood is a Grade II listed stable block in the heart of the Harewood Estate; surrounded by unspoilt Yorkshire countryside and protected parkland that's teeming with native wildlife.
We host a wide range of private hire events; from weddings to Bah Mitzvahs, corporate events to birthday parties.
The Hovels is ideal for those looking for an intimate private hire venue in picturesque surroundings.
The building has a capacity of 80 for seated dinners or 120 standing guests, there is a dedicated marquee site for larger events.

WEDDINGS AT HAREWOOD
We launched the Hovels as a wedding venue in 2022. It's since hosted many happy couples who have celebrated their big day here.
Many comment on how much they love the secluded location, the rustic charm of the building, the personal touch of our team and the commitment to providing an exceptional food experience as part of their celebration.
We believe it's this ethos and commitment to sustainability that truly sets us apart and makes the Hovels one of the finest, and greenest, event venues around.
A short distance from the Hovels there are 13 self catering holiday cottages ranging from 1 to 5 beds.
So, as well as having this secluded and idyllic location for your celebration, you and your guests can also make a weekend of it by staying in the stunning surroundings of the Harewood Estate in one of our luxury cottages.

CEREMONIES AT HAREWOOD
We are fully licensed for wedding ceremonies all year round, meaning that you can have the legal civil union with us as well as the meal and evening entertainment!
If you are looking at a church wedding or, at the local registry office, there is also the option of having an outdoor blessing using Harewood's stunning outdoor spaces.
