Hidden Harewood
Pop-up Dining
Our immersive, pop-up dining experiences have proven a big hit. Some say it’s ambitious, a few thought we were mad, what we do know is that there’s nothing else quite like it. This is fine dining re-imagined.
Hidden Harewood events offer adventurous foodies the chance to dine with a difference and discover the hidden corners of the Harewood grounds – with exclusive access to places which are not normally open to the public. Diner's have embraced our unconventional dining style and seasonal tasting menus inspired by and using produce grown and foraged from the Harewood Estate.
A Feast For Spring
The return of the third edition of the hugely popular "Hidden Harewood" series with this seasons version running in conjunction with the Tour De Yorkshire cycling event.
Beautiful weather greeted the guests as they arrived to the Harewood cricket pavilion for a reception canapé and drink before boarding the party bus for a trip through the estate where they were dropped at the entrance to the blue bell woods. this patch of woodland was alive with the sight of the blue bells trail illuminated and dreamy in the early evening sun. Guests found their menus hanging from the trees.
The trail continued through the woods, to the canapé station and on to Carr Barn, a glorious, rustic, old arch barn converted in to a make shift dining room for the weekend.
Banquet style tables were adorned with antlers and foliage foraged on the estate with flickering candles and beautiful lit stonework creating memorable experience for all.
Dining Room
For our Dining Room series the focus is purely on the food, with stunning dishes created by our guest Chefs, some of the most exciting Chefs around.
We give them free reign to take diners on a gastronomic journey through Harewood's larder. Fruits, vegetables, meat, game and wild foods sourced from the Estate, crafted by some of the best Chef talent around.

Magic By Moonlight
A night of pure indulgence and decadence in one of the most lavish settings in the North.
A collaboration event with our colleagues at Harewood House Trust, saw us host a Gala Dinner celebration, a food and wine pairing in the Long Gallery of Harewood House.
This is the epitome of glitz and glamour: live jazz, canapés & fizz upon arrival, a private and intimate tour of the house finishing in the Gallery surrounded by Renaissance masterpieces and the stunningly dressed banquet table twinkling in candlelight.
The hubbub of excited diners fills the room in anticipation of the feast to come.
Harewood staff commented that the Gallery had never looked so fine as it did during our Magic By Moonlight event.
The event will become a yearly fixture, so get it in your calendar and keep your eyes peeled for future dates.

Dinner in the Woods
From the flames and the fire emerges the feast.
Back to nature and back to basics. Al Fresco and totally off-grid.
The smell of smoke fills the air. Ribs of beef, whole red snappers and beautiful grilled garden peas come fresh off the barbeque and are brought to the table to whoops from diners.
This is pure rustic feasting in the stunning pleasure grounds with views South to Harewood House and North to Almscliffe Crag.

Harewood Food & Drink Project // Northern Monk
Food & Beer Pairing
We love collaborating with the best and to us you cannot get any better than Northern Monk. A powerhouse of a brewery regularly voted as one of the best in the world.
The concept is simple, we provide the food and Northern Monk provide the beer. We work with Northern Monk co-founder and Head Brewer Brian Dickson to design the menu to create flavour combinations that complimented and contrasted with each other.
The result was a flavour sensation to rival any food & wine tasting we’ve ever tried.
A credit to Northern Monks incredible range of beers and great quality produce.
