Chef Works “For our inaugural EMEA Conference hosting guests representing 15 countries, we wanted a unique yet professional event with a true Yorkshire/British feel. Finding something ‘different’ isn’t always easy. We had seen HF&D Project’s activities on Instagram and thought this was a wonderful prospect. Our meetings were both productive and creative. The menu options delightful and our welcome, warm. Guests left sated after a delicious five course meal with beautifully paired wines and a parting gift of Harewood gin. Our guests were overwhelmed!”

Josh is such a talented chef with brilliant ideas. The menu he created for our wedding was perfect: we had canapés followed by multiple sharing dishes (venison, beef and chicken options with seasonal veg, bread, and even bone marrow), and then an amazing sharing dessert table of autumn fruit and chocolate eaton mess and monkey bread.
With HF&D you get a personal experience from a company with a brilliant ethos. Before the wedding, when Josh had created the menu, we were invited into the kitchen for a chef’s table to try all the dishes with some beers. It was an awesome day.
But it wasn’t just about the food. The entire team was a dream to work with.
